We started out this month with a cookout for our once a month all community group gathering. The evening consisted of fellowship, food, good teaching and worship. It is exciting to see how the Lord continues to bring new people to the community.

This month we have also started two new Bible studies. Paul is teaching on the book of Matthew on Thursday nights, and Lauren is leading a Beth Moore Bible study for the women on Thursday nights. Anyone is welcome - inside or outside our community.

Our involvment with Adat Yeshua continues to grow as several people from our community are now going to the Torah study on Saturday as well as the Friday night service. We had Rabbi Feldman come to our staff meeting this month, and we are talking about ways in which our two communities can work together.

Several of us were blessed to go and hear Dr. Maloney, a healing evangelist, in Topeka. He prayed over some to receive the Spirit of counsel, and he prayed over others for their physical healing. Those he prayed for felt something in their body. Harrison said he felt wind go through his teeth when he prayed for tooth decay, and he said he could breathe better after he prayed for his asthma. We are praising God the for the impartation and healing that took place!

When we were in Florida meeting with Ana Mendez and Cheryl Hernandez, Cheryl prophesied that she saw Paul with a golden pen. Over the last several weeks things have been coming together in Paul's mind, and he has started to write a book called Kingdom Law. The topic concerns the prophetic and teaching communities joining together underneath the King. Please pray that he would have insight into the Word and leading from the Spirit.

July 7, 2007 is a strategic day for our city, state, and nation. Our community is going to be worshipping and proclaiming the seven spirits of Isaiah 11 from the four corners of our city. On a state level, the Kansas prayer coordinator has asked us to represent the northeast corner of Kansas to worship and declare the 7 spirits of Isaiah 11! They did not know those were our plans already. They also asked us to blow the shofar at 11am to call our land back to worshipping the Lord. And now we have just discovered that some in the Messianic Jewish community in Jerusalem have also been planning to blow their shofars at the exact same time! We feel this is just one confirmation that the Lord is uniting the prayer movement to usher in a movement back to God in our country and worldwide. On a national level, they are expecting 100,000 youth and young at heart to gather in Nashville, TN on 7/7/07 to worship and break off the spirit of Baal over our nation.

On a personal note: Harrison got to take an architecture class this summer at Johnson Community College. He has also been playing baseball, and their team is in third place. He continues to grow into such an amazing and fun-loving young man. Noah is growing as well and adjusting to life outside the womb. It has been a wonderful first month. We have started a blog of updated pictures of him, so feel free to check it out: http://noahcalebblake.blogspot.com/ . Also our sister in law Leah has a sister named Sarah who is a professional photographer. She came over to our house, took some pictures, and made a short slide show. You can view it at: www.sorellimages.com/noahblake/ if you want.
On another note, Paul's dad had a heart attack in the last few days and is in the process of recovering. Thank the Lord because there was not a lot of damage, and he is recovering well. They need to clear out one more valvue, and they plan to do that during his four weeks of rest and recovery.
